Ticket When assigning a ticket to a technician via the Assign Ticket popup, the assignee dropdown showed employees from different scopes than those displayed in the assignee dropdown on the ticket page.
Ticket Following the component upgrade, the sorting feature was no longer functioning in the search and select listing. This issue was particularly found in Ticket > Add Change > Add Product.
Email Parser In certain scenarios, the ticket CCs were being duplicated when the email parser added a ticket note.
Billing Review When updating the quantity or price in Billing Review for Recurring Services and then clicking post, the Billing screen did not reflect the changes made in the Billing Review screen.
